  2. Yes. It is needed. There are a lot of plants. We are there for 32/MH per month. Keep in mind we don't cut the grass either.

    I saw the property owner has banks? Is he a real estate guy, a banker? What is his occupation because I am in the wrong field! Lol

    Yes its doable in a day, but with how many people? Your not going to do it solo in a day or even two. Be lucky to get the trimming done.

    I'd be in the $1400-$1600 range.

    How long does it take you to mow 85 acres?

    $1865/cut. 43 cuts/year=$80,195

    80,195/12=6,682.92 per month

    Apply primo maxx to entire fenceline and obstacles after first trim to keep your labor and sanity

    The ground keeper mows and trims in 3 days and he doing it solo I don't know how many hours But he said takes him one day to trim
