Writing a contract

    I am having problems writing a contract for a very very large facility. I need help Fast !!!!

    Should I contact a my lawyer??? Is there any one can do that on this site like Gopher?

    What would someone suggest??

    Get a copy of their current contract and go from there. If that is not available then get an old contract they have used in the past, they also should tell you what they want in the contract from their end. If the contract is worth a lot of money I'd get a contract lawyer to write it or at least write you a template that you can use in later contracts with minor changes.

    Contracts are only worth what somebody is willing to spend on lawyer fees to enforce or nullify.
