I need a full size skid steer with vertical lift, cab (and heat preferred), and hand/foot controls. year and hours not as important as condition. No junk.

would prefer to trade for my equipment which includes a 2008 ditch witch sk650 tracked mini skid with only 450 hrs (32hp diesel, 36" wide and 1300# lifting capacity) and/or some attachments including trencher, broom, stump grinder, auger and grapple. Also have a vermeer sc252 stump grinder (25hp gas, 36" wide) with only 480hrs and a vermeer sc505stump grinder (50hp diesel, 36-60" wide) with only 1210 hours.

If the price is right, I might buy your skidsteer outright but a trade would really appeal to me. thanks.

sold the sc252 grinder and stump slayer attachment. sc505 grinder reduced to $14k cash or $15k in trade value.

I'll have a 2004 ditch witch sk500 (24hp honda gas) tracked mini and a toro backhoe attachment available around mid-january. I had sold these two items to Patriot Tree in Denver last spring (previously used them in my business) and Keith asked me if I would buy them back so he could upgrade to one of my 2008 sk650s. The mini skid ran great when I sold it to Keith and, apparently, he says it runs even better now after he ran it through the shop to replace some wear items. Looking to sell it outright with or without backhoe and other attachments (broom, trencher, grapple, bucket and auger) or trade it for a full size skid steer.

I'd do a package deal of the sk500 and 6 attachments listed above for $17,500 or sk650 with 6 attachments for $25k.

thanks for the offer but I need a skid steer, not a forklift. Yeh, shipping to FL on a mini skid would be about $1500. Still, if you can't find another sk650 with only 450 hours for less than $15,500, I'll sell you mine for that INCLUDING the cost of shipping or the sk500 for $8k including cost of shipping.

sk500 is a 24hp honda gas and will lift about 1000lb with a 200lb person on the back.

sk650 is a 32hp kubota diesel and will lift about 1300lb with 200lb person on the back.

controls are very similar as are lift height, travel speed and hydraulic flow to attachments. both are great machines. diesel just uses less fuel and has a bit more snort.

for a starter machine, the sk500 is great. once you realize the value of a mini skid and have the money to spend on a 650, it'll be money well-spent.
