I am in the market for a new 21” mower and was curious to know if anyone has any hands on experience with the Ybravo, Bobcats or BadBoy models. I currently have a mid to late 90’s Honda HRC216K1HXA and it’s on it’s last leg “transmission leaking and it’s starting to burn oil”. I will say I am used to the controls on the Honda but am not appears at all to change if brands. I have read through several of the other post in here about as I’ll call them the top three “Toro, Honda, & Exmark” and it seems to be a matter of personal preference and the job types being done. I will only be mowing my lawn and a few others around my neighborhood. Any thoughts and advice is welcome. I will say I do prefer a BBC over a Zone Star but it’s not a complete deal breaker. Looking forward to hearing back and thanks in advance.

I found a nice Honda HRX 217 Hydro for $400 on craigslist last year. While I was there the guy showed me an Echo trimmer that I bought for $100. It's worth having a look.

I enjoy and like my ybravo. I have the 25.
Qoc is just as good as any other mower I've used. KIMG1583.JPG

Prior to purchasing a mower checkout the returns at Home Depot first. have seen some Honda's there with nice discounts.

    I have a Ybravo 21”

The Toro 22290 is much better mower. Mulches better, handles better. Not even close

Ybravo just another in a long line of heavy push mowers. It’s solid and well built best I can say.

    Theres better choices.

I've got the Badboy painted Ybravo 25" and have posted a few videos about it on my LaidBackLawnCare youtube channel.

Is the ybravo 25” worth it or just stick to 21s?

Light and maneuverable more important than a few extra inches of deck where we use push mowers.

    Much Rather have an 80lb 21” than 150lb 25”

Toro 22290 best you can do right now unless you go homeowner
