Yet Another Bid Question

    Tell me your thoughts on this:

    Total Bid: $30,322.72 (with Tax)
    Total Mat: $17,970.56 (with Tax)
    Total Labor:$12,352.16 (with Tax)

    I realize that anyone that reads this has no idea of my local prices, but does this bid seem like it is in the correct price range for the amount of work to be done, or am I off?

    Job site is a level yard on 1/3 acre. Grading is fairly simple. House's in area sell from $310.000 to $500,000.
    I believe that this house is in the $360,000 range.
    Retired older couple, don't want to do the install.

    I believe that I can do this install within 3 to 4 weeks
    estimated time on projects
    1 day grade
    5 days fence, gates, portch
    Mason works 3 or 4 days at same time as fence install.
    1 day trench and set for sprinker system.
    5 day install full sprinkler system
    2 day build birms, set retainer wall
    2 day spread and hand rake top soil final grade
    1 day lay sod
    2 day misc travel
