    SO where do you go to get commercial accounts?

    Commercial businesses, LOL! No really, Schools, Businesses, Banks, Condos, Apartments, and Churches. Hope this helps! Good Luck

    O money, The best thing to do is read. Do a search using words like "commercial-selling- getting bids-advertizing".
    Sometimes the business owner pays for the maintenance and sometimes the landlord. Find out who ownes the building.

    But be sure you are ready. I would feel that if you are asking such a general question that there might be other issues you need to study. Insurance-equipment-talent. Not saying you don't have these things but they are more important as you get into the higher paying accounts. Doing a small business owners 4000' lot is really no different that doing a home and will pay about the same but to do a large industrial complex will take a lot more planning and professionalism.
    Again, do the search and you will learn a lot.
