SO where do you go to get commercial accounts?
Commercial businesses, LOL! No really, Schools, Businesses, Banks, Condos, Apartments, and Churches. Hope this helps! Good Luck
East, you beat me to it...LOL
O money, The best thing to do is read. Do a search using words like "commercial-selling- getting bids-advertizing".
Sometimes the business owner pays for the maintenance and sometimes the landlord. Find out who ownes the building.
But be sure you are ready. I would feel that if you are asking such a general question that there might be other issues you need to study. Insurance-equipment-talent. Not saying you don't have these things but they are more important as you get into the higher paying accounts. Doing a small business owners 4000' lot is really no different that doing a home and will pay about the same but to do a large industrial complex will take a lot more planning and professionalism.
Again, do the search and you will learn a lot.
