Your thoughts on a commercial bid?

    Bid was very detailed of what my price included. Customer is taking bids but is tired of all the calls it took them to get anything done. My bid has a average profit for my area in it. I don’t work for free. We will see what happens soon.

    Thought I would follow up with post. I was informed I got the contract for this year today. First break in the weather and I have a ton of clean up to do on the property.

    I know you did monthly installments, but were you higher or lower on the 165 to mow weekly?

    Much higher but the quoted price included material cost, pre emergent, fertilizers and weed spray and the labor to apply them.

    Did it also include the cleanup?

    The Monthly fee took in account both spring and fall cleanups. That is how the client wanted it.
