Why not. You are demanding more fluid flow from the pump--it can't keep up. Check the output per min--you may be above .5 gal per min already. You can have high output or high pressure--you can't have both.

Make sure your battery is up to snuff--12.8 volts. Run the motor full throttle in neutral--you should get about 14 volts, see if that helps.

Calibrate one nozzle how much water in one minute times buy how many nozzles.

What size pump 4 gals a min.

Sounds like you got it maxed out.

Look in side the tank probably no return water

Which pump do you have ? You can also turn up the pressure right on the front of the pump face, if it's within reason. I don't think that your at the max gpm with 4 of the .5 gal tips.

Thanks RS. Here is a link. More pressure results in less flow per minute. And greater amperage draw from the battery.

Are you using 4 nozzles? If so, your flow would be 2 gals per min.

Put the charger on your battery overnight to see if that helps.
I think you are incorrect on this as typed, there is a difference between non restricted flow and restricted flow through the a.i. tips. The .50 tips flow .42 gpm @ 20 psi and .73 gpm @ 60 psi , hence the higher pressure will flow more gpm.
