when i back off the adjuster knob to by pass it leaks bad..
see second pic.. it leaks out of that little hole
Probably an O-ring failure or some such thing.
What chemicals did you use last year? Esters are a bit tough on rubber. O-ring could have become swollen and twisted sideways when you move the adjustment knob in and out.
Pendulum 3.3 is also rough on seals as well. I recognize that pressure regulator as a Teejet 23120. If you have the standard o rings instead of the Viton ones, those will get eaten up by the more active lawn chemicals.
