Has anyone been able to test or check out the new Z-Wing by Cub Commercial? It looks like an awsome idea, both sides flip up to go through a 36" gate, then pop down to cut at 48". Might elimiate a couple walkbehinds for me. From what I understand, it has swing out blades that mount to a disc, somewhat similar to the Meg-Mo, so they can swing in to pass through a gate. My greatest fear would be getting into heavy grass, and having the blades flop back. It is going to come with a 23 Kohler so maybe it would not have a problem to often on a 48" deck.

    Any thoughts?

i havn't seen one but I have seen pictures of one and it looks pretty good. Would definately help out a lot of people. I wouldn't have any use for it since I don't mow any gated yards but i'm sure that is an idea that will go over very well.
