One of my residentials has decided (justifiably) to stop pursuing tall-fescue and go zoysia. I wanted bermuda but it's his yard and his wallet. I'll probably start it at the end of April or first of May. I've never dealt with zoysia. Normally I'd just core aerate heavily, fertilize with a high phosphorous content, and broadcast spread. Not really sure of the seed size. If it's like bermuda, I'll have the bags of sand ready. By the way; he doesn't want sod, plugs, or sprigs. Any suggestions? Thanks all.
