I have a cub tank M48 and wanted to know if I should run it at full throttle or not. It doesn't say in the manual. Also when is it best for me to engage the electric clutch in slow or fast idle.

Full throttle to mow always! Engage the blades at half throttle or so. I usually engage mine at full throttle and have yet to burn out a clutch, so that's your call.

When you first start the engine let it warm up a bit, and hold it wide open the reason being your pumps have to cycle fluid thur them, we engage the cluthes at full speed.some say engage at low rpm.
