ZTR seasonal sales?

I'm going to be buying my first big mower (almost certainly a zero turn) soon, but I'm unfamiliar with the sales cycle on them. Is there a general time of year when new models come out so the old models get a discount? Do some manufacturers regularly have a big sale at certain times of the year? Basically I'm just trying to see if there's a time of year where the deals are generally better than other times.

Currently I'm mostly looking at Scag, Bad Boy, Kubota, and Ferris.

I really don't think there are set specific times, but it does seem that many of the factory promotions are at the beginning of the season. You might get a good deal on a machine sitting around at the end of the season too, but I wouldn't count on it. Just call as many dealers as you can within your distance to travel to buy and travel to in order to get service if needed. I don't see a whole lot of difference anytime of the year. Buy one when you are ready.
