Looking to find out if putting a weed eater holder on my ZTR is a good or bad idea? Does it save any time ? Can I leave the weed eater in it while transporting?

off topic, i lived in kingsport for a summer in an old building right on the river, miss the fishing. anyway, i can't figure how it would save too much time as you have to dismount the rider to trim carefully.

If you have objects in the middle of an acre or more it will save allot of weedwacker person walking time.

I check into this when I saw the city workers useing them. I'm not sure if they have a bolt on kit for this but the city welds the brackets right to the mower. I just coulden't see me doing this to a brand new mower. And yes you can travel with it no problem.

I just carry it in my lap. I can't do this however when I'm mowing the commercials, since I've got the garbage bucket / grabber in between my feet.
