Dow faces lawsuit over label, do you think this will effect us?

I saw this article in our local paper.

Any thoughts on how this can impact the turf applicators?

I found this part troubling:

"Pesticide manufacturers would be subject to multiple and inconsistent labeling regimes and would be forced to abandon or alter EPA-approved labels to avoid liability," acting Solicitor General Paul Clement wrote in filings."

This tells me that labels are going to get even more restrictive.

Why? They already state that you need to test a small portion of the target area for phytotoxicity before treating the whole thing. Those labels are full of CYA.

Not only that, there is distinct separation on the label as far as ag and non- ag use, interesting post but of no concern.
