Does anyone practice a sales presentation?

Example: You go to a residential for the first time.

Do you tell them since they are a "first time client" that the fee will be (example) 50.00 up front and say for example you finish it in an hour--- do you go back and talk with them when you're finished and let them know you you'll do it weekly for (example) 35.00 and then use this time to review the work, discuss available services, leave a flyer with them, go over any concerns with them---what days & times of the week you'll service the account, etc.......

Does anyone have any tips on initial contacts.

Just courious???

Turtle,

When meeting w/ a client the first time...

1. Introduce yourself.
2. Ask what services the client desires.
3. Give a brief synopsis of your service packages and how your services are performed (highly trained personnel). Let them know that "the appearance of their property is as important to you as it is to them."
4. Price job(s) according to your business practices.

Good luck

Bob
