On another forum, a Phd and manufacturer of organic products, made the comment that earthworm castings can inhibit seed germination. I have never heard this before so am asking those that use worm castings if they have ever noticed or experienced slow germination when using castings in new seeding projects. Or has anybody ever read anything to suggest that this might be true. Some links would be nice too!

Old Natural Science books and methods can sometimes be interesting. I actually believed in Pan Genesis when I was a kid. I thought about getting misquitoes out into the sun more often, in order to develop sun-tolerant misquitoes. That was about 6 or 7 years old.

I was probably mad at someone who was working in the field, and it irritated me that I was sitting in the shade with misquitoes. I wanted them to suffer as well. :laugh:
Open mind that was wrapped around 'self, self interest, ego, and lack of empathy. Not to mention totally in error.
