Need some advice on adding dirt around foundation.

This is my home, I want to build up the foundation on side and rear of the house. Whats the cheapest way to do it? Surely i cant use all topsoil. Should I use fill dirt and then last layer of topsoil? I want to build it up to below the crawl space door, but not all the way up to it. Thanks for any help or ideas guys.

I would like to maybe put down some stone also, but not completely in stone.

Those are some tell nothing fotos , man... It looks like your brick wall is already on the ground.
Where is the top of the footing? and what kind of drainage do you have?

I did the same for a customer last year but we did 2 sides because water was seeping in basement. We did not use bulk soil because I did not want clay because it would not settle. We used 5 yards of basic topsoil. Tamped it the best we could and had customer water it daily to help it settle. Went back a week later and skim coated it and seeded it. Dont know if this is proper way but it worked and we had the most rain this summer in 63 years and basement stayed dry.
