Didn't take time to read all posts so this may have already been suggested. Take a long straight edge and ck the floor you're working on.
I have checked with a 4 door level, it's leave side to side and pitched backwards slightly. I get approximately the same measurements when I move the mower to different parts of the floor. Right front and left rear are always high compared to right rear and left front. Almost like the deck has a twist. Thanks.

Actually pitch doesn't matter (as long as the floor is "flat") .....just the little "up and down" imperfections. You oughta be good on your floor, thought you'd already considered that but wanted to be sure. Good luck! Stan

I’ve watched that one... still need to measure my tire diameters, but I did test caster wheel pressure. One side has a little lighter pressure than the other, but I wouldn’t know what’s significant enough to cause a deck leveling issue. Also wouldn’t know what to do next if I did have a significant uneven caster wheel pressure if not tire diameter. Frame adjustment?

Good video to remind us of things that could affect deck level, but not enough info to know what to do when things are in fact “off”.

In fact, here is a video of me assessing the caster pressure. This was not done on my most level floor section, so it may be a bit exaggerated, but the front right caster always moves a little easier than the front left when the deck is blocked up and all tension is off the chains.

Rear tire pressure is equal, though I did not confirm tire circumference like described in the video to see if that is contributing.

Like I said, the video leaves me wondering what I do about the uneven caster pressure if it turns out to not be the rear tires...
