Consider putting a hand written price or price range on dooor hangers. Its a lot more work and you may have to include a phrase about not being able to see the entire property and only took a quick glance at the front yard or work so the price could be $55 to $65 after meeting the owner and doing a walk thru. @Hurryupelectric does this and get better than the 1% return. Also make door hangers so they aren't specific to any season then you can get a bunch printed and use them this fall or next year.
I have been quite successful in what seems like a short time. Put your all into a clean and simple design and put on some comfy walking shoes. Drop one on almost every house at first then with a little luck you’ll be finding yourself being able to be more and more picky about what types of properties you are willing to service. I would also suggest looking borderline job interview, at least a button up shirt and khakis, everyone has a ring doorbell now 👍🏼

Why not exclude the one month requirement and assume its for the whole season?
other than that, it looks pretty good
Thanks. I’m doing month by month because I don’t feel established enough to do ask for a whole season. I currently need a lot of good enough customers more than I need a few really good customers.

My opinion is your photo is kind of busy, and my eyes kind of wander across the street when I know the focus is supposed to be on that lawn. In the box of "Why choose us/what can we do?" your text is pretty small, and there is a lot of empty space on the right. You could just increase the size of the text just to fill the space. I like the QR code, much easier than typing in a url.

The "If we can't do it" blurb I find kind of off-putting. I know you're trying to say that there's no job you can't do, but it strikes me as making you sound uncertain or ill-equipped when you want to sound the opposite, confident and capable.

Sorry, didn't notice this till today.

Thanks for the feedback. You're right, the photo is a bit distracting, and the "If we can't do it" is sort of off-putting. I really don't like writing ad copy...
