I've been thinking of buying a 20 or 22 foot trailer and putting three 60" or larger mowers on it I'm thinking it will save me time and money at least I hope so. I know it will be harder to get around some of the tight spots but I think it will work. Let me know what you think.

There is a guy on here, GoldPro, he has a huge traier and I think may use 3 ZTR's but not psitive. Youd need atleast 21ft in order to not be cramming everything on there. I think his trailer is either 22 or 24 and he never talks about any problems moving around

I think a 20' would work if I put a side gate on the trailer and load the on the front side ways. I'll have to do some measuring.

Choppers and I have 1 z master 62" on my 16' trailers they overlap but I have been thinking about buying a gravely for my next mower I like the 400 series. I'm judging by the way they sit now.

If I remember right, THEGOLDPRO has an 18' Big Tex w/ 2 or 3 eXmark Lazer's on it. He towed it with an older (mid 90's) Dodge.

Here is a photo of a 22' gooseneck trailer I used to have. I put 3 Grasshopper midmounts on it. One was a 72", 428D, and two were 61" 321D's.
I could have gotten 3 of the 61" machines on a 20' trailer, but it would have been really tight. Better go with a 21' or 22' trailer, to have a little breathing room.

That's a pretty nice setup!

That looks like a nice heavy duty trailer.

I'm hoping to save some money. I have some large jobs and I could drive 1 truck instead of 2 and still get the job done.

What kind of truck are you running? If you don't have atleast a 3/4 Ton you will need to make the switch before buying a 20' + trailer also.

I'm pretty sure GroundsKeeper uses 3 mowers

company i worked for a few years ago ran a 24ft trailer with 2 bobcats and a dixie, and sometimes a 52" wb as well. We ran with 5 guys on one crew. Dont think i have ever mowed a house that fast since!

I have 3 f350s 1 diesel 1 with a v10 the other a 460

I run 3 mowers on a 20ft with 2 dove tail. They all fit on flat part
There are days I'll haul 3 72'' or 3 60'' My 60'' mowers can turn sideways on the trailer with room for 50'' mowers or less on the flat part. The 3 72'' mower park inline.
All mine mowers are DC.

We have 2 mowing crews running bigger setups like you're talking about. One runs an Isuzu with 20' body - can stack 3 TTs 61 on it - or 2 TT 61s, a 36 WB, and a 52 VRide. Other crew runs a 28' goose with 3 Exmark Lazer Z 72'', 1 36'' Vantage, and a custom built fuel tank.... this crews uses all kinds of fuel...

I have a 22ft pj trailer. Normally run a vride 48" off the front side gate and 2 61" turf tigers. Works really well with room. I can also put 3 turf tigers on it but its tight.

Major thing is clean ups come around it only holds 2 turf tigers with baggers.
