Shopping for a better blade, looking at Oregon gator G3 or G5 or G6, I have a Husqvarna Z254f 54” 23hp Kawasaki FR691V mower 5point star, just using to go cut my personal yard. What model # do I need ?

Post the part number stamped into your oem blades and I will look up the G blades and see what is available for you.
I would go with the G5 out of those 3.
The G3 does not have the hardened edge so will not stay sharp as long. The G5, and G6 both have the hardened edge, but the G5 is about .18" thick vs the G6 at .25". So it takes a bit more HP to spin the G6's.
I run G5's on my machine. Very happy with the cut, and the shredding of grass, and leaves.

G5's are .205" just as an FYI type bit of info. I agree though and prefer them to the G6 under any machine I run gator blades unless it is for hogging down a field of very tall and brushy grass, like a field that has been let go for a long time, or a first time mow in a field where no actual brush will be encountered, but the grass is tough and heavy. For that, I would install my G6's.
