Best value 42" zero turn

I have 1.6 acres that I currently mow with my 1026r with the 60D deck. And while that's great and powerful, I got about 100 trees to go around. I'm also installing 900ft of chain link fence between two rows of trees and there will only be about 4.5ft between the fence and the trees so my tractor will no longer fit.

My original thought was to try and buy a cheap older really small zero-turn and just use it around the trees. But I'm having trouble finding anything that's not 20 years old and $1500. I'm not going to spend that on something that's nearly dead.

So, I'm starting to wonder if I could mow this yard quicker with a nice 42" zero turn anyway. Ariens/gravely catch my eye for no reason other than their frames are heavy and they kind of look "commercial" especially compared to the JD 335s which look insanely cheap.

Any recommendations on something under $4000?

I thought timecutters were supposed to be real light and kind of junky. If that's not actually the case that's pretty much exactly what I'm looking for.

You might have better luck if you expand your search a bit, to include deck sizes from 40-48"
Be aware for a used commercial zero turn you may have to spend $3000-$3500, for something that's 5-8 years old and under a thousand hours.
That's what I originally set out to find but haven't had a ton of luck.

Get a 36 hydro walkhehind with a velke if it isn't a huge area....
I've thought about that too, but I think I'd rather sit. Takes me about 75 minutes right now with the tractor and a 60" deck. Hoping a ZT takes some time off of that but I'm lazy and want a chair 🤣
