Post a pic maybe? If it's anything like mine all you do is take 2 wrenches to unscrew a metal plug that goes into the hose.

If it's a hose coming off the block, that's your drain.
As said, 2 wrenchs the end is a cap.

There is a plastic screw in nut in the end with metal ring it screws in. Unscrewed cap but no oil will come out

 

Tryed the tinting but it won't work either

I know this is really novel concept, but have you looked at your owner's manual?

My Grasshopper mower uses a drain hose with a plug in the end. You just unscrew the plug with a couple of open end wrenches and out comes the oil.

 

Have already unscrewed the plug at the end of the hose nothing will come out

 

remove hose from hole point the hose down unscrew the plug

Yes I have already took hose out of holder bent below machine unscrewed plug and no oil!! I did that yesterday before I started this thread.
Thought there may be a trick I did not know about.

On that set up, don't you have to push or pull on the yellow end? Maybe twist to a certain pisition to get the oil to flow out.. what does the manual say?

 

Manual say unscrew plug to drain oil .
No plug but the plastic one and it has been all the way out and stI'll won't drain

 

Something is spring loaded there I think. Try gently pushing/pulling either the yellow end in/out or the silver piece at the end of the hose.

 

Already tryed that. Tryed pushing and pulling on hose at connection point on block no go either

 

It's the yellow piece on the end of the hose. You have to push it in, pull it out or twist it, something to that extent.

 

Well I completely removed it and nothing.

 

Did you pull the oil cap off and dip-stick out? It might just be stuck in there because it needs a vent to prevent a vacuum in the crankcase.

Assuming you did that, maybe stick a piece of wire up in there gently and see if something seems stuck in the drain hose?
