I've been using Echo trimmers (225 & 2620) for a long time but recently got a couple of Stihl trimmers (FS91R & FS111RX). Tried the Sthil's but couldn't get use to them. I don't know if the angle of the head is different, or I'm just use to the echo speed feed head. Do all these trimmers has the same angles? Felt like I had to hold the stihl lower than the echo.

I run an Echo 2620T, have never used a Sthil. Therefore I can't answer your question. However the 2620T is perfect especially with the Darwin’s Grip installed.

PE's are edgers.......not trimmers.

I started out with a Stihl FS90R and ran it for about 3 years before I tried a Speed Feed head on it.
I hated it. It threw everything "off" and I couldn't trim the way I was used to. I'm assuming it was due to the deeper spool - it was just enough of a difference to change where the line was hitting.
I took it off because I didn't feel like taking the time to "get used to it".

Jashley73 has a very good point. The versatility of the Echo PAS or Stihl Kombi is the way to go. I've got a PAS-2620 with the curved shaft edger. Took a few times to get the D ring adjusted to my liking but its great now. Typically, I have about 35 mins worth of edging to do with it. I had a dedicated Deere XT140SSE strait shaft edger from '08 till this spring which was a good unit but not versatile. Plus it was seriously heavy. I'm and Echo guy by far, but either brands "multi attachment" system is a good choice.

Bailey's Online sells several mesh face shields without the hot helmet- both with hearing protection and without.

They have others as well-
