Chain Tension?

 

Everything seems to be to the correct tension. The chains have been serviced recently. The aerator only has 170 hrs

 

Belt slipping?

 

How can I tell if the belt is slipping? The odd thing is that the hydros run off the same belt, but only the left one is lagging.

Check your belt tension, there is an adjustment for the spring tension on the left side of the machine. Possibly the belt wrap is different between the drive pumps and causing one side to slow down in a high load situation. You can download the instructions to replace the belt if needed.
