First off, no experience here using the product. However, I did have a chat with a local supplier about this product. Here's what I was told. Hydrexx is the powdered version of the N stabilizers in UFLEXX and UMAXX. Basically you would add Hydrexx to standard Urea 46-0-0 in the tank and depending on the rates of hydrexx used, you would end up with the equivalent of UFlexx or Umaxx. What you have to do is check the difference in costs and choose the most economical option for you. UFLEXX... UMAXX...or UREA + Hydrexx. I have used UFLEXX and was impressed with the results. The numbers do make sense from a cost perspective. I know one guy who used it and loved it, just looking for a broader perspective. They are coming out with a less "refined" version with less consistancy in terms or particle size (but still dissolves completely and a cheaper price as well. Thanks for the input on the UFlexx.

 

I used UMAXX last year and was very impressed. I mixed a ratio of 50 lbs urea to 150 lbs of UMAXX. If the weather was warm and dry I would get a little tip burn on the lawns but was very impressed with the results and longevity of the product.
