That is an older model, but it should be pretty good mower, especially with that 7 Iron deck. The company Yazoo-Kees made those for JD. I have never owned a Yazoo-Kees/JD ZTR, but I have a Yazoo-Kees hydro WB and I have seen lots of Y-K zero turns with thousands of hours on them. They make some sturdy machines, very dependable and well built. There is quite a few guys around here that still use them. Yazoo-Kees also use to manufacture Husqvarna's line of commercial mowers too.
What kind of engine is on your M665, Kohler or Kawasaki?

Now that you say that I can see a Yazoo. It has a Kohler 25 has the moc 7 iron deck. I have had 2 757's from 2002 till last fall. Still have one it has over 2700 hrs.on a kaw. I demoed the 930 and got 2 but keep one 757 they seem to hold on a slope better. But if this 665 does good on a slope I will sell the 757 & have a near new fleet. The 665 is going to local dealer today for service and inspection. Thanks for the info. Guys.

OK got it back today from JD place. Seems like a good machine a little slower, maybe cause I was in a big paved parking lot. It is a rough rider if it turns out to be a keeper I am upgrading seats for sure. Dealer is very interested in the machine offered me a good profit on a trade. I think I will give ol john a try.

We had the husqvarna twin - it won't hold a slope nearly as well as your 757 (had one of those too) but is a decent machine. 7iron deck is better than what husq/yazoo used.
