Genuine OEM Toro 42" Timecutter Part # 137-5034 Mulch Plug Cover - these things are over $100!!!

The bracket with the rubber tensioner/fastener came off mine whilst mowing, lost now - any DIY suggestions for rigging a different way to attach this to my mower's deck?

Have you tried calling Toro and seeing if you can just order the stuff that came loose and fell off? Searched for any mower salvage yards in your area?
