Mycorrhizae Inoculation During TTTF Seeding

I have done some experiments with inoculating small pots of TTTF with mycorrhizae and the results are amazing as far as root structure and grass health. I was thinking about incorporating this during seeding in the fall after aeration. I found a granular product that could be put in a spreader and mixed up with the grass seed, the results in the individual pots are promising, just wondering if it would reflect when overseeding (maybe best after aeration)?

To get the fungi to the roots of established lawns, apply the mycorrhizae when you core or aerate the lawn. If the soil is porous, broadcast the fertilizer containing the fungus over the top of the lawn and water sufficiently, so that the spores filter to the root zone of the turf.

I have a Mycorrhizae powder that I add to my overseeding mixture, which consists of calcium lime, gypsum with molasses, humic and EarthWorks fertilizer along with a grass seed blend of PRG and TTTF. I mix this all together in a cement mixture and it's ready to spread at the properties. I also top the mixture after distributed on the lawn with a bagged soil mixture of coconut coir, perlite, composted peat moss and worm castings. I use 5 bags per 1000 sf, so it's a thin coating. This is my first year with this recipe and the early signs are looking good, even before all the seed has germinated due to cool temperatures, below 7 C regularly. The lawns look beautiful. I think l will start a new feed detailing the progress. Cheers.
