Was it there before seeding or after? If before, it should have been killed off before seeding. If it is just appearing, watch its progression. If it is spreading quickly spot spray. Anytime a new lawn is installed, weeds will appear but can be taken care of with 1 application. I always go by the guideline of now treaments until you have mowed the new grass 3 times.

 

You can spray with Drive which is labeled for newly seeded areas and works well on clover.

 

Drive it will be. Thanks I should of tried to kill it before I slit-seeded. Brain fart on my part. Clovers is coming on quicker and thicker than I expected.
