Nice trucks I really like those rims. I customize my trucks a bit but don't really trick them out when I get a personal truck though it will be sweet!

Thanks man the ONLY reason i have the topper is cause we have two Chesapeake retrievers and it gets deathly cold here.
Its lined so it keeps some heat in.
Plus i gave a gun safe in it.

hot shoes man
Thank you i love them.

Man, I gotta buy my new duramax first..."tricking" it out is the last thing on my mind now.
Good luck truck hunting i hope you find a good one just remember to get something you will enjoy not regret.
You can PM me if you have any questions on the Duramax's.

It's tough finding the right truck. I pass up about 5-10 trucks or more every week. I'm extremely picky about what I buy, it has to be crew cab, loaded with everything, leather, shortbox, etc etc etc.....and to buy it for $15k-$16k. I've mainly found high mile trucks, but just can't yet convince myself entirely to buy a truck with 260k on it. I've gone through about 35-40 trucks and only 2 or 3 have really stood out, with only 1 truck being everything I want but still has the 260k on it.

pitrack you win, so far. but that camera angle is what really does it, your truck looks mostly stock, except for large tires, it looks badass, i love how dodge HD's sit high

powerstroke man we need some side shots of the truck!

Haha, thanks. Right now it just has a level kit and 35's. After winter it will have 3 inches in front total (right now it's just 2") then 2" in back(back is stock). And I will be putting 37's on.

Here are some pictures of my 02 Duramax on the job. The truck had 6" pro comp lift, diamo 20" wheels, 35x13.5x20 tires, edge w/attitude programmer, tekonsha brake controller, B&W turnover gooseneck hitch, 1000w amp, 2 infinity 10" subs in custom box, infinity highs and mids, and a muffler delete that made it sound mean. I sold it in August because I couldn't justify having that much money tied up in a work truck. The car I can't justify either but now with plain jane work trucks I like something nice to drive on my time off. Plus its an inline 6 diesel and gets 30mpg+ driven hard :cool2:

I'm trying to be a good financial guy with this and not go over my budget too much, just so my bank account doesn't suffer too much and I have other things to buy also.

I've been checking the interenet. I have a guy checking some online auctions like the GMAC type, I go through craigslist, ebay, autotrader, car.com, etc. I also go to all the local dealers, search all the local auto&RV magazines, but its tough to find a good duramax. If I wasn't so picky I could have a good one by now, but I'm so picky about what I buy it makes the truck much more expensive or that it has to have high miles on it. But even high mile trucks are still up there in price, NADA has them at near $20k still. It's tough, but hopefully in the next couple weeks I will find my truck.
