I just got a toro timemaster 30 inch but the wheels have letters instead of measurements to tell how high you are mowing. If anyone know exactly what each of these letters cuts at, that would be really helpful! My timemaster is the 2017 electric start by the way.

Park it on concrete, grab a tape measure, measure from concrete to blade tip. Now you'll know. All mowers measure different so nobody can really tell you what yours is set at.
Doesn't matter what the manual says.
As Mow Daddy says....put it on flat concrete, garage floor is good for this, grab a tape measure and measure the blade tip to the concrete.
Doing this will confirm the manual or it will tell you the manual is wrong and you adjust. You will not know for sure until you take a tape measure out and measure the blade tip to the concrete.
