Question regarding Exmark oil drain hose

I just received a 116-4924 ENGINE OIL DRAIN HOSE ASM to install on my Exmark Commercial 30. Before I installed it I thought I'd unscrew the plug on the end of the hose. BUT, that thing is really on tight. After trying 2 wrenches, I put the silver "nut" close to the black plug in a vise and tried to turn the plug with a wrench. Seems I'd have to really force it by tapping on the wrench or perhaps a cheater bar. That seems excessive to me. I assume that plug has standard threads and counterclockwise is the correct direction. How do I get this plug out? And when it is loose, should I put anti-seize on it? Wrap with teflon tape?

Secondly, the drain plug is in an awkward location on the side of the engine below the oil filter connecting tube. I can use a socket to get that out but how do you tighten the drain hose back in?

I had to use a couple box end wrenches and clock them so they are almost next to each other and squeeze the 2 wrenches to get it loosened the first time on mine. Once you get it off the plug has a o-ring on it for sealing and has never leaked-no teflon tape or anything else on it. Maybe put it back in the vice and run a impact on it if you can't get it off or if you got the hose local call and explain the problem before you wreck it.

Impact got it loose. Was afraid to try that first. I screwed the hose into the side of the engine as tight as I could by spinning it by hand. Then I folded up the hose back along side the mower such that it is in a bind to hopefully keep it screwed in tight. I can't get a wrench in there to tighten further. I might could get in there with a crow's foot but I don't have the right size. Largest I have is 1/2.

Any other way to tighten the hose at the engine?

Do you have a plumber's basin wrench? That might work.
Yes, I just checked and there isn't enough room to get it in there. I looked at a set of crow's feet online. It's pretty crowded where the hose screws in and the "nut" on the end of the hose is close to the mower deck. I don't think I can get a crows foot in there either and get it turned. The hose had an o-ring on that end and I've tightened it the most I can by twisting the hose. Then I folded the hose such that it is in a bind and zip tied it to part of the frame. It can't unscrew so maybe it will be fine.
