Many a thread on here about it. I know at least one that I started. Around $1k to onboard. Then depending on what you get around $220 to $250 for 2 users.

I agree I had a hard time with it for everything except lawn apps.

 

I get it, But haven’t found software I really I like, I’m still using Qxpress which I do like the work flow in it, Can’t seem to find anything with the same work flow.
And I know they are getting ready to pull the plug on Qxpress.

We used Qxpress prior to developing our software.

 

Any major changes to real green after they were bought out? I did a demo over summer and I like the looks of it. Have service autopilot right now and am not a fan so looking to make a switch mainly for fert apps which is 90% of my customer base.

 

I'm not sure what they looked like this past summer. I did my Real Green demo yesterday and wasn't that impressed by it unfortunately.

 

I demo'ed Real Green twice over the years. My opinion from what I saw was it appeared to be a great software if your business is 100% fert and squirt or all simple maintenance tasks, such as mowing, monthly bed weed control, etc.

Where I thought it was extremely deficient was handling landscape construction or any projects that aren't simple and routine tasks.

Last I checked it also didn't sync with Quickbooks. Maybe that has changed.

 

We run real green and I pay about $380/month for three tablets and one desktop acct. online customer pay and something else I think. It works well for fert and weekly mowing, mulch jobs. But the one off install jobs I find it easier to run through QuickBooks. The other issue we run into is the amount of times the app freezes during a mowing day and you have to log off. Anywhere from 5-15 times a day they complain about poor app performance. We’re actively looking at lmn and aspire

Make sure you uninstall the app on devices then reinstall after an update. I have found that that stops most all of the freezes. They tell you to do that, no one does it.
