The underneath of a Walker mower deck has some welded thin sheet metal baffles/contours that enhance the flow and grass handling properties of the deck. My 10 year old Walker is in great shape except for some rust out of these panels. I don't think it should be necessary to buy a total new deck, but don't see any of these panels identified as replaceable parts in the Walker parts manual for this deck. Has anyone else run into this problem, and if so, how did you fix it. I've attached a picture with the damaged area obvious.

Query George O Hayes & Sons, they are a walker dealer with an online store and sell replacement baffles for your deck. Mine were worse than that and I had new ones welded in 3 years ago.

Here they are $60. Plus whatever welding costs, when I had mine done I had quite a bit of other work done to it so not sure what just the deck repair would of been.
