I have a 2015 Scagg TC that the right wheel is not pulling>. When it jacked up it pulls very strong and you cant stopped the wheel with your hand but as soon as you let it back down it will not pull.

I changed one of the Hydraulic lines, the fluid, filter and bleed the system. please help..

Sounds like you need a wheel motor too.

Its one or the other. Or both. You need to troubleshoot them. Just changing fluid won't fix it.

The bypass valve could be partially open on the pump for the weak side.

Well, do you think you can apply the same amount of resistance with your hand as half the weight of the mower resting on it?

Guess it depends on how strong your hands are. I'd think someone with lots of basket weaving practice would have hands like The Hulk.
