I NEED TO HELP LOCATING THE TORQUE SPECS FOR THE CRANK CASE AND CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS ON A SRM 280. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND A SERVICE/REPAIR MANUAL ONLINE.

HOW CAN I REMOVE A STUCK CRANK OIL SEAL FROM AN ECHO SRM 280?

I usually can get them out with my small pick set. I use the hooked most. If it was really stuck by some kind of sealer you use a Dremel cutting wheel. Sometimes a sharp pair of ***** can grip and twist it out.
Not many guys use torque wrenches on them. Tightening evenly is more important. If you need a value I believe it's 70 INCH LBS.

Calls fer 60~95 in. lbs. So, 70 or so is about right, but I never have used a torque wrench on em'.

Drive screwdriver in side and pry it out.usually only need to replace the ones that pop out. Just tighten that head as tight as you can . Not critical
