I'm experiencing some jerkyness from the right side. From What I've read I might need to replace the dampers. Is this also refered to as the "return to neutral" shock? I'm having a hard time finding the actual part I need. My mower is a 2004 CC Tank 60". Model #53AB5BDX750. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is one of many links that you can get by Googleing your model number for parts.

Go to the controls section and part #18 is the return to neutral dampener. But before you order the part, use the parts diagram as a guide and check the other parts of the control linkage to see if there is any binding of any other parts. Sometimes there are grease fittings or places to oil the linkage.
