Go to the controls section and part #18 is the return to neutral dampener. But before you order the part, use the parts diagram as a guide and check the other parts of the control linkage to see if there is any binding of any other parts. Sometimes there are grease fittings or places to oil the linkage.

Looking and doing are obviously two very different things. I do not have a service manual.

From the parts diagram, it looks like one nut on each end and the shock should come out. You may have to play with both the old one and new one to remove and replace it since it may be compressed.
