I have a trimmer that works good for the first 5-10min then it stops running.
I changed the fuel and air filters, and the spark plug.

Any idea what it could be?

Check the fuel lines for pinholes. I pulled my hair out over a stalling trimmer to find the cheap black fuel line had decomposed. If I have a problem with any echo the first thing I do is replace the black lines with the good clear yellow fuel line

How old is it and is it 2 or 4 cycle and how much use does it get???

It 'could' be any # of things such as bad seals, bad coil pack, dirty carb etc...

Fuel cap vent is probably plugged. Next time it does this unscrew the cap some and then try to restart. What kind of trimmer?

Anyone ever checked how high their Husqvarna/Redmax trimmers operating temp reaches? I can't find any operating Temps posted for these trimmers?
Since any engine can run so lean it heats up to the point it melts a hole in the piston you'd think an operating range would be in the owners manual but I don't see it listed in my 525LST Husqvarnas manual? Mine dont act up like OP, never dies nor is it hard starting I just like to keep my engines around so if it runs cooler it will indeed last longer for sure. Brand new unit, more curiosity at this point?
Thanks all!

I'll just ask this on a Husqvarna/RedMax site where more pros have the answer. More electric trimmer owners here now & those who clearly should be..lol.
Seens this OP got their help so these subjects no longer matter to others, Fluuu**** Hal so we can post same thing again on next page! Thanks anyway!
