Value of Wheel Horse 310-8

I have a hauling business. I have three trucks and use them to hall anything from brush, topsoil, mulch, household items. Many times can't get the truck to where the material is. Was wondering about getting an inexpensive tractor and cart to bring material to the truck. Found a Wheel Horse 310-8 with a Kohler 10hp motor but 1400 hours for $775. I'm in Connecticut. Tractor looks good in pictures. More concerned with hours on the motor.

Those are great little tractors. My neighbor has one. That is a lot of hours on it, and it may need a lot more than just engine work. It may have been taken great care if and in need of nothing right now. But, if it does, most of what would need replacing is fairly inexpensive. The engine can be overhauled if needed be at some point, or simply replaced with a more modern overhead valve engine. The price is kinda high IMO. I have seen them on CL here with much lower hours and in great shape for $500 or so.
