What VoIP are you guys using? I am switching from using my personal cell phone to having a call system. I have been using Google Voice, but was wondering if there is a better alternative. I have an auto attendant setup which is great. The problem I'm having is the caller ID of outgoing calls made to clients. I would like a VoIP where I can set the caller ID or have our outgoing number match the auto attendant so that our clients aren't confused by dialing one number, then receiving calls from another number. I know I can create a ring group, but customers will still be receiving calls from a secondary number.

Switching to a dedicated VoIP system for your lawn care and landscaping business is a smart move. It helps you maintain professionalism and streamline communication. I get what you mean about caller ID consistency; it can be confusing for clients if they receive calls from different numbers. One option you might explore is using a temporary US number through your VoIP service. This way, you can set the caller ID to match your auto attendant number or your main business number, ensuring a consistent experience for your clients. It's a nifty workaround to avoid confusion and maintain that professional image.
