 I start aprox. at the end of March (if it's warm)
Since I am new to this sight I was just curious.

This year is very warm so the grass never stops growing, so do I. I thought I would put away mowing equipment since Christmas eve but totally unable to due to demand and responsibility. We still mow every two week so pretty much have not stopped at all. How that sound?
Now, Feb. is coming, and we pretty such we will end up gearing up for crazy March when weather really going in Spring.

We start up on Feb. 26, with Lime and a few lawn preps on some new lawns that we pick-up.....Gives us a chance to have a dry run and sorta get a feel on how we are going to do things.....I am excited though, because I have surpass last year Gross already with signed contracts.....I have purchased a few new toys that I am saving for opening day....But with all the warm weather we have had here in Hotlanta, I have been running about half speed with a little mowing, and a lot of weed control....I love new neighborhoods, because most builders dont kill off the eroison control seed, and with the warm weather, those fescue clumps are growing through each sod square of bermuda....some lawns almost have been taken over by fescue, and look really bad....But it just means more $$$$ for me, because most HOA's are getting tighter about having the lawns manicured.....plus when they see their neighbors lawn looking weed free, it sparks some interest. I just hope we get a little more rain then the 3 or 4 days it rained all of last summer.....

I normally start about March 10th with landscaping installs/Mulch installs/Spring Clean Ups and its normally a money making period and then we normally start cutting the second week in April all the way through the middle of November. -Mitch-

not soon enough
Yep.

Prolly be first of March for me, doing spring cleanups and cutting pampas grass (HATE messing with that s***, but it's fairly easy I guess). I am real excited about this season. Maybe I can actually make some MONEY this year, plus pay some stuff off, and get some new toys (want a 4x4 fourwheeler BAD).

Snowed here about 8 inches or so Friday and Saturday. Today I blew off a bunch of driveways, made a little cash. That's always nice. We are having one of the wettest winters in a long time here. Hopefully we will get a few more major snow storms snow storms this year, I kinda like blowing snow (like the MONEY actually).
