I get all my Gatorade from BJs Hole Sale Club. Great deals there.

 

BJ's is key, I went there all the time when I lived in Boston, but we have COSTCO and SAMS out here...I guess I will check COSTCO to see if they have it...thanks

 

Try eBay. There's all kinds of stuff there. I'm under doctor's orders to take 1 Prilosec daily for the rest of my life. A 42 pack supply usually runs about $25 plus 7% tax at the store. I picked up 5 boxes of the 42 pack for $90 plus $10 shipping. Buy 4, get 1 free.

I buy the powder mix at BJ's. I mix it with water and cool it in the fridge over night. I put a chunk of ice in the 3 gallon cooler in the morning and stays coo most of the day. In the heat of the summer it it gets a little warm. I carry plastic cups in the truck. I found the powder a little easier to carry around with me than 3 or 6 quart bottles and cheaper.

 

Grainger carries the dry mix as well.

 

A few yrs back, I started getting stomach cramps at night. They where so bad, I though, I was going to crap my guts out through my eye balls. Went to the doctor around 5 or 6 times over this.
Come to find out. It was the Gatorade(sports drinks) that were doing it. The doctor said drink around 16 to 32 oz in the morning and at night. He said due to your body temp. being higher working in the heat of the day, the sugars were causing some crazy chemical reaction in my guts.
I then would drink 1, 32 oz. first thing in the morning use the bottle for the water cooler the rest of the day.
You may never have a problem like this. Just throwing out there.

I think too much of anything is key. Nothing but gatoraide is bad but so is nothing but water. You must have some cold beer too.
