Hey guys and gals last year I purchased a new Ferris F320Z mower with the 37hp Vanguard engine which the dealer just gushed over. Well fast forward to now and it has been nothing but headaches. So I had an issue about 2 months ago where when I pushed the handles all the way forward it would almost die and putting on the blades pretty much did kill the engine. After 3 weeks (was only 3 weeks because I demanded they finally get it fixed) they managed to flash the fuel injector and replace coils. Well after that something has just been off it feels like. It still runs rough like it was doing before it seems, also feels underpowered, and now it's doing this thing where if the fuel gets low (currently doing it with .25 gals) it won't turn on for about 10 minutes. It acts as though it is flooded which is weird since there is no carb. This is the first time with still registering gas that it has done it. Typically if the gas meter is showing empty, but even though it hasn't died on its own it will start doing it and won't crank for about 10 minutes after new gas goes into tank. It's a time waster and very embarrassing. Dealership said they hadn't seen that when I just called.
