You need to get on them and time yourself. What mower are you talking about? My scag Tiger cat 52" will mow almost twice as fast as my old Hustler Raptor 52" . Does it have a bunch of obstacles to deal with? Is it flat and wide open? Is it smooth or bumpy?

 

this is for an over all average for those increments of 5000, its a toro timecutter, my friends and i are offering free estimates to people door to door, but there needs to be a set template for us to go off based off square footage

looking for averages more or less, I have some of my own data to see how long each 5000 SQFT bracket takes, however I'd like to believe that I can find some people on here that may have some of their own similar data. I am using this data in order to create a generalized template. I know it won't be entirely accurate of course but like I said I am seeking averages.

 

Too many variables to do this. Some properties have hills, a lot of weed whipping, edging, ect. Like stated above, you need to time them. You could make a sheet that says "starting at $ for up to 1/4 acre" or something to that effect.

 

Can't you just look at it and tell how long? You are doing a lot of work for nothing....you still have to look and talk.....
