seems to be alot of possibilities that way, not a bad idea.........been picking up quite a bit already this fall by accident here....folks not happy with current lco's, so that inspired me to advertise some

mostly mowing and mulch is all i have time to do

solo then?.....i am looking at maybe 1 or 2 employees later, but never want to get overwhelmed......i'm leaning more to hardscape, but been doing all landscaping for like 17 yrs so i will take on all work in the field

how many you mowing weekly there?, and how fast did you grow when you started?

about 50 last year weekly grow about 7-10 per year 80 % word of month
lose acouple a year to moving or death , this might be the first year to lose some to not paying but they all have been custermers for 3 or so years

already had the moving situation, lost a few gained a few......started off with 13, 2 was every 2 weeks' 22 customers all together(want to double that this year)........all customers i mow for, i also landscape too, like i said most of my business is centered on hardscape, and landscape.....deffinately getting some software this year. Paper work has been taking a toll on me
