Both brands are very comparable - I went with Green Touch because they had better mounting options for MY application. I KNOW Green Touch sells brackets for the round tube trailers.

I don't see anything on the ED website that addresses tube frame trailers, so you'll need to look into that.

Both brands have a bunch of review videos on YouTube, but most are several years old.

 

Thanks, are the racks just bolted onto the trailers? Is there a way to prevent theft from someone unbolting the racks and walking away with them? Another option I'm looking at is welding a basket to the trailer that is lockable.

 

You could tack weld the bolts and nuts.

I mean guys steal cat converters in less than a minute. So any real securing is for honest people.

 

Very true, got mine stolen already once.

 

the ultimate fix is the enclosed trailer, locked. If they want my trimmers they have to go through the pad locks, then through the locked rack on the wall. But as was mentioned if they want it they'll get it. Just can't figure they want a damm trimmer that bad.

 

Another alternative is to use security bolts
They require a special bit the most people would not readily have. They look like torx heads, but have an additional nub that protrudes out. You would still be able to remove them if needed, going this route.

 

I'm considering bolting some heavy duty mesh fencing over mine, maybe with a strand of barb wire in there for good measure
